HOST

Host at a fast-paced Hawaiian restaurant responsible for greeting guests with aloha, assisting with reservations via OpenTable, and coordinating seating and wait times with the service team. Responsibilities include managing reservations and walk-ins, answering guest questions about hours and menus, rotating seating based on table availability, operating the pager/text notification system for waiting guests, maintaining a clean and organized host stand, restocking supplies, and assisting coworkers. Requires excellent customer service, strong communication, active listening, teamwork, a friendly and energetic demeanor, and the ability to multitask while ensuring timely attendance and professional appearance. No previous experience required; 16+ age minimum and required training tests with at least 85%.
