Job Summary
Host responsibilities include delivering exceptional member service, leading club tours for prospective members based on their needs, maintaining clean and welcoming member areas and gym floor, stocking towels and vending/ Protein shake machines, proactively reporting maintenance or facilities improvements, minimizing health and safety risks, updating member details in relevant systems, opening and closing the club using specified checklists, and supporting marketing campaigns and member administration (service calls, member support, payment & debt support). The role requires multi-tasking, strong communication and organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings across multiple clubs. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable ability to deliver excellent member service
- Demonstrable commercial mindset and customer oriented
- Background in hospitality, fitness, or related fields
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Stress resilience and ability to multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Availability for minimum 16 hours per week, across weekends and evenings
- Ability to work across multiple clubs
- Demonstrable attention to detail
- Ability to uphold company values (We Do, We Care, We Energise, We Challenge)
- Experience in hospitality and/or fitness industry (desirable)
- Interest in the fitness industry
