Job Summary
Greet members and guests promptly upon arrival, manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate seating flow to optimize dining room service. Escort guests to tables, present menus, and communicate seating updates and special requests to servers and management while maintaining an accurate reservation system. Answer phones professionally, assist with dining inquiries, and monitor flow to ensure a personalized experience consistent with a private golf club environment. Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entry area, assist with special events and tournaments, and thank guests as they depart. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support the premier resort destination spanning 1,000 acres bordering Lake Anna.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak golf season
