Job Summary
Give a warm welcome to every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls, while helping fellow Team Members and contributing to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, work in a standing position for long periods, and safely lift and maneuver trays of food. No experience necessary.
