Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them appropriately. Help fellow Team Members as needed while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly attitude, quick thinking in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift trays. No experience is necessary.
