Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct team member. Help fellow Team Members as needed while contributing to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm, and caring attitude with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You must be able to work in a standing position for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food. No experience is necessary.
