Welcome every guest, manage the wait list, and answer telephone calls within three rings. Communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate and help fellow team members while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, standing for long periods and safely lifting trays of food.
