Job Summary
Greet, direct, and seat guests in the dining room while maintaining seating charts and reservations. Provide superior customer service, manage wait lines, and ensure guests are served within a reasonable time. Monitor server workloads to prevent unmanageable stations and assist with clearing, cleaning, and re-setting tables. Place, prep, and deliver to-go orders to the casino as required. Maintain familiarity with the daily menu, hours, and restaurant operations. Work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a minimum hourly wage of $17.00.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Proper phone etiquette

- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (minimum of four hours)
- Sense of urgency while performing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Ability to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator
- Ability to lift, carry and/or push a minimum of 40 lbs
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
- Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights
- Ability to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience as a server, cashier, or hostess
