Job Summary
Welcome every guest with warmth, guide them through the menu, and ensure every visit feels special while maintaining a respectful, supportive team environment. Prepare the lobby, patio, and restrooms for service by cleaning, stocking, and checking supplies every 30 minutes. Confirm the packing station is fully stocked, wipe down all guest-facing surfaces, and assist with order handoff as needed. Close out your shift by restocking supplies, thoroughly cleaning restrooms, and ensuring the opening team is set up for success. This role is part of goop kitchen, an upscale fast-casual concept founded by Gwyneth Paltrow in 2021, serving real, clean, and delicious food made-to-order.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
