Job Summary
Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude, check in guests with reservations, and provide accurate wait times for walk-ins. Escort guests to tables, manage the floor plan, and track open, occupied, and dirty/resetting tables while rotating assignments fairly among Union servers. Accommodate seating requests, answer phone calls, and communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding large parties, VIPs, and special requests. Maintain a clean host/waiting area and support the team to ensure an organized dining room. Work evenings, weekends, and event days as scheduled.
