Job Summary
Host at Gatlinburg restaurant responsible for greeting guests, explaining and directing seating, overseeing restaurant layout, and communicating volume levels to management. Duties include clearing and resetting tables, assisting To Go Hosts for car-side service, operating handheld payment devices, handling cash when needed, maintaining menu knowledge, and performing duties that require standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift. Emphasizes customer-friendly service, teamwork, good math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. while supporting a fast-paced dining environment.
Required Qualifications
