Job Summary
Greet and seat guests in the Dining Room while maintaining a clean and orderly area. Input reservation details, tag guests appropriately, and monitor dining flow to manage seating and wait lists. Answer telephone inquiries, deliver reservation slips, and assist with side work including deep cleaning, stocking, and equipment maintenance. Provide "I Am Proud" service standards, uphold the Resort and Spa brand values, and communicate cross-departmentally. Complete required training, basic food handler and alcohol service certifications, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- CPR Certification
- Food Protection Manager Certification
- Food Handler Certification
- Alcohol Server/Seller Certification
- Ability to work flexible schedule including required shifts on weekends, holidays and as business requires
- Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred
