Welcome guests with a polite and friendly approach, seat them in their desired places, and manage table setups and arrangements. Handle to-go orders, take guest information, and quote wait times accurately when tables are unavailable. Maintain common areas by keeping them clean and tidy, while assisting other departments with tasks like running beverages or clearing plates as assigned. Perform opening and closing duties, side work, and maintenance properly. Wear a friendly smile throughout the shift.
