Job Summary
As a Host / Front Desk team member at Dave & Buster's, you will create positive initial impressions for Guests while coordinating their experiences with retail, game rental, and dining services. Key responsibilities include greeting Guests, managing wait times, assisting with table turnover, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage guest inquiries and complaints effectively. You will also conduct merchandise inventory and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
- Skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied Guests and calling issues to Manager's attention.
