Job Summary
Greet guests upon entry, coordinate game rentals and merchandise sales, and manage front desk transactions including bill calculations and reconciliations. Direct guest flow from the doors, handle "To Go" orders, and assist with table turn timing by bussing and cleaning tables. Prepare the station by stocking supplies, reviewing cleanliness, and maintaining organized menus. Notify the manager of unhappy guests or unusual matters, conduct merchandise inventory, and foster a cooperative team climate. Work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced environment, standing 100% of the shift, lifting up to 30 pounds, and communicating clearly in English.
Required Qualifications
- Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
- Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to Guests
- Must be skilled at calmly responding to dis‐satisfied Guests and calling issues to Manager's attention
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, and stoop frequently
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required
