Job Summary
Greet Guests and manage front desk activities at Dave & Buster’s, coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and dining interactions. Deliver a positive, welcoming first impression, assist Guests with menus, Power cards and gift cards, process transactions, and maintain stocking and cleanliness of the Front Desk and Host station. Explain and guide Guests through retail and dining experiences, manage wait times, buss and reset tables as needed, and communicate effectively with Team Members and Managers. Requires a friendly demeanor, the ability to read and communicate in English, and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. Minimum age 16; prior restaurant/retail/cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Friendly, able to smile frequently
- Effective communication with guests
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required
