Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list to ensure smooth service flow. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and answer telephone calls within three rings while directing calls. Assist fellow Team Members as needed and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while standing for long periods. No experience is necessary.
