The Host Forensics Analyst role at BCMC involves leading forensic investigations, analyzing cyber incidents, and producing technical reports to ensure cybersecurity resilience. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active TS/SCI clearance and possess a BS in relevant fields or extensive experience in digital forensics.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- 5+ years of direct relevant experience in cyber forensic investigations
- Ability to create forensically sound duplicates of evidence
- Ability to author cyber investigative reports
- Proficiency with analysis and characterization of cyber attacks
- Proficiency with proper evidence handling procedures
- Skilled in identifying different classes of attacks
- Understanding of system and application security threats
- Able to work collaboratively across physical locations
- Proficiency with common operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with two or more forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, SIFT
- Proficiency conducting all-source research
Additional Requirements
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
