Job Summary
Host/Hostess for St. Luke's Anderson Campus Part-Time role: prepares, delivers and picks up patient trays, communicates menu preferences, delivers nourishments, inventories floor supplies, and serves as liaison between patients and food service operations. Duties include assisting patients with meal selections per nutrition orders, relaying patient needs to food service, coordinating with patient care team, executing basic food preparation, using Vision-Meals Your Way ordering system, and utilizing EPIC to view/print reports and initiate downtime procedures. Requires effective communication, knowledge of diets and meal options, ability to transport patient trays, and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with part-time evening schedule. Education preference: High School graduate or equivalent; English communication required; customer service/food service experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
