Job Summary
Welcome guests with a positive attitude, manage reservations in MindBody, and provide accurate wait times while monitoring waiting lists. Escort customers to assigned simulator or bar areas, coordinate with wait staff on available options, and acknowledge guests upon departure. Maintain a clean reception area, answer incoming calls, and address customer inquiries. Assist other staff as needed. This role requires availability for various shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in managing reservations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and in-person
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor all simulators and bar area
- Availability to work various shifts as needed
- Nights and weekends required
Desired Qualifications
- Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
