Job Summary
Welcome guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage reservations using OpenTable with accuracy. Maintain a clean host stand and entryway while communicating wait times clearly during peak volume. Support the dining room by bussing tables as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Work on your feet for eight hours or more in a fast-paced environment, performing physical tasks like bending and lifting up to 25 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
