Job Summary
Welcome guests warmly, escort them to tables, and manage reservations on OpenTable with accuracy. Maintain a clean host stand, communicate wait times clearly during peak volume, and support the dining room by bussing tables as needed. Partner with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service while performing duties on your feet for eight hours or more. Requires strong communication skills, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a guest-oriented mindset. Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
