Job Summary
Greet guests, manage reservations via OpenTable, and coordinate seating in a high-volume, fast-paced fine dining environment. Greet guests, manage reservations via OpenTable, and coordinate seating in a high-volume, fast-paced fine dining environment. Maintain focus and multi-task while communicating warmly and professionally to guests during busy, high-stress periods. Work on your feet for extended periods, lifting up to 30lbs, and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and kneeling. Ensure reliable, predictable attendance while supporting the team in a guest-centric atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years host experience in a fast-paced, high-end / fine dining establishment
- Must be available to work at least 2 days and up to 4 days, any day of the week, including evenings, weekends & some holidays
- Weekend Availability Required
- Knowledge of, and ability to work within, OpenTable and other computer systems
- Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
- Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
- Ability to maintain regular, reliable and predictable attendance
