Job Summary
Greet guests, manage seating reservations, and coordinate table turnover in a high-volume, fast-paced fine dining setting. Utilize OpenTable and other reservation systems to handle bookings and communicate clearly with guests while maintaining professionalism. Work on your feet for extended periods, lifting up to 30lbs, and multitask effectively within a team-oriented environment. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule of at least 2 to 4 days per week. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years host experience in a fast-paced, high-end / fine dining establishment
- Must be available to work at least 2 days and up to 4 days, any day of the week, including evenings, weekends & some holidays
- Weekend Availability Required
- Knowledge of, and ability to work within, OpenTable and other computer systems
- Ability to communicate clearly (in person or via telephone) while demonstrating warmth & professionalism to guests in a busy, fast-paced / high-stress environment
- Ability to maintain regular, reliable and predictable attendance
- Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
- Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
