Job Summary
Provide quality hospitality and genuine guest service as a restaurant Host. Welcome and seat guests, distribute menus, acknowledge arrivals and departures, respond to phone inquiries, manage seating and reservations to optimize guests’ experience, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies, perform other duties as assigned, and maintain a high-energy, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced service environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10+ pounds repeatedly.
