Host / Expo

Greet and seat guests while managing reservations and waitlists using digital tools. Coordinate table turns with servers to maintain dining room flow and keep the host stand and entrance area clean. Act as the final checkpoint between kitchen and table, checking for accuracy, presentation, and timing. Communicate clearly between the kitchen and servers to organize and prioritize tickets, ensuring the kitchen runs on time. Assist in packaging takeout and delivery orders as needed while keeping the expo station stocked and efficient. This hybrid role requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 16+ to host and 18+ to work expo.
