As Hostess at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid within Deessa, you will welcome, seat and attend to guests with warm, professional service from arrival, ensuring smooth service flow per Mandarin Oriental standards. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing restaurant reservations, coordinating table assignments with the dining team, informing guests about menus and allergens, maintaining up-to-date service reports for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, collaborating with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service, supporting special events, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of work areas, communicating issues to the supervisor, and representing the Mandarin Oriental image and values at all times. Candidate requirements emphasize strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, teamwork, proactive and professional attitude, basic food and beverage knowledge, ability to remain calm under high demand, impeccable personal presentation, and proficiency in Spanish and English.
