Job Summary
Greet, interact and bid farewell to guests in a warm and genuine and enthusiastic fashion; use excellent verbal and written communication; maintain a clean, organized work environment including stocking supplies and polishing glassware; provide lateral service including clearing tables and carrying plates to the dishwashing area; maintain guest profiles in a database for staff use; be a team player; stand for 8-10 hours; maintain neat, clean appearance; comply with safety and health procedures; enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume seating operation and deliver exceptional guest service to create memorable experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education required
- Current Foodservice Handler Card valid for minimum of 6 months
- 1-2 years in a guest service position
- Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the USA
