Host/ess at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis responsible for greeting guests and seating them promptly, delivering exceptional service from start to finish, and supporting seamless dining operations. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming environment, utilizing the OpenTable reservation system, coordinating with servers to balance workload, and collaborating with team members to ensure guests have an elevated experience. Requires excellent customer service, ability to stand for extended periods, and fluency in English; prior experience in a luxury/upscale restaurant is a plus.
