Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome and manage the wait list while answering telephone calls within three rings. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and help fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by standing for long periods and safely lifting trays of food. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.
