Job Summary
As a Host/ess, you will greet guests immediately upon arrival, seat them promptly, and ensure a pleasant experience during their visit. Responsibilities include managing guest flow, addressing any concerns or complaints, and keeping the host stand organized. The position requires at least one year of related experience, a valid Driver’s License, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including working varied shifts. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of one (1) years related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
