Job Summary
The Host/ess is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, promptly seating them, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Key duties include managing guest flow, assisting with drink service, organizing the host stand, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, a valid driver's license, and ideally have a High School diploma or equivalent along with related experience. The position requires physical stamina for long hours and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of one (1) years related experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public

- Familiarity with Opentable
- Proper lifting techniques

- Sanitation and safety
- Safe alcohol service
- Full-service restaurant operations
