Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager as needed. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct calls while helping fellow Team Members maintain a safe environment. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting standing for long periods, safely lifting and maneuvering trays of food. No experience necessary. Join Chili's, a Dallas-based casual dining leader known for Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, and hand-shaken margaritas.
