Job Summary
Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times while showcasing exceptional dining experiences that encourage repeat visits. Maintain excellent customer service skills by making recommendations and selling items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy. Demonstrate strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, product concepts, and best practices to assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Promote a strong team effort through effective, positive communication with both guests and fellow employees. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid California Food Handler Certification, and minimum one year of experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California Food Handler Certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant
- Must maintain EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- Must possess passion and knowledge for food and beverage offerings
- Promote and participate in a STRONG TEAM EFFORT
- Communicate effectively and positively with guests and fellow employees
- Deliver the highest quality service to guests at all times
- Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, best practices, and procedures in a restaurant
- Highly proficient in product, food and beverage knowledge
- Make recommendations and suggestive sell items you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe working environment
