Job Summary
Deliver the highest quality service to guests by showcasing exceptional dining experiences and making genuine suggestive sales on food and beverage offerings. Maintain a clean, safe working environment while promoting a strong team effort through effective communication with guests and fellow employees. Possess strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, best practices, and procedures, including product, food, and beverage details. Maintain excellent customer service skills and a passion for food and beverage offerings. Minimum one year experience in a high volume, fast-paced full service restaurant required. Valid California Food Handler Certification needed.
