Job Summary
Greet, seat, and escort guests while maintaining restaurant flow and managing an accurate waitlist and seating chart. Take reservations, relay information to managers and service personnel, and balance guest distribution across service stations. Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and assist servers and bus persons as needed to ensure service effectiveness. Perform other duties as required to support high-volume operations. Requires 1+ year of restaurant experience, basic computer skills, and ability to lift 50 pounds while standing for up to 8 hours. Includes evenings, weekends, and flexible onsite scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
