Job Summary
Welcome guests into the restaurant with warmth and hospitality, sending them off with thoughtful goodbyes to cultivate meaningful relationships and return visits. Manage reservations for table assignments and track progress, while overseeing the wait list by quoting times and offering suggestions. Answer phones and return voicemails, and assist in fulfilling takeout orders. Communicate with management and service teams regarding special requests, accommodations, and allergies. Prior experience with Open Table and Toast is a plus. Rates start at $19/hour with health, dental, and vision insurance included.
