Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct guests accordingly. Help fellow Team Members while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly attitude, quick decision-making in a high-volume setting, and the ability to stand for long periods or lift trays. No experience is necessary. Join our team where we deliver Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, and hand-shaken margaritas with a legacy rooted in service and hospitality. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
