Job Summary
Welcome every guest, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them while helping fellow Team Members as needed. Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to stand for long periods and maneuver food trays safely. No experience is necessary.
