Check answering machines for recorded details, bid fond farewells, and resolve complaints by immediately advising supervisors. Handle cash and credit transactions per standard procedures, monitor guest intoxication levels, and adhere to all alcohol and safety regulations. Set up and break down tables and equipment as requested, attend pre-shift meetings, and complete assigned special projects.
