Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm demeanor, manage seating charts based on party size, and track reservations to ensure tables are ready. Address inquiries and special requests courteously while maintaining accurate waitlists during peak hours. Liaise with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate table turnovers and handle payments for settling bills. Keep the host station and waiting area clean and organized, including menus and promotional materials. Occasionally assist with coordinating special events or private dining arrangements.
