Job Summary
Welcome guests with charm, ensuring they feel at home and valued during their visit. Hosts and hostesses are responsible for initiating conversations, recognizing regular and VIP guests, and celebrating special occasions. The role requires previous customer service experience, good communication skills, and the physical ability to stand and lift. Employees must maintain a Food Handler's Certification and participate in E-Verify.
Required Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write, & speak English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
