Job Summary
Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct Team Members. Help fellow staff as needed while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while standing for long periods. No experience is necessary. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available with growth opportunities and a benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance.
