Job Summary
Greet and welcome each guest with a positive attitude, answer phones with care, and manage the dough reservations system and waitlists. Provide general knowledge of restaurant hours, menu, seating options, and allergen information while working the POS system to take to-go orders including cash and card transactions. Accommodate seating parameters, help bus and reset tables as assigned, and maintain host area cleanliness. Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure weekend and holiday availability.
