Job Summary
Greet every Guest with a warm welcome, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings while directing guests and helping fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by standing for long periods and safely lifting food trays. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and quick thinking in a high-volume setting. No experience necessary. Join Chili's, born in Dallas in 1975, to deliver Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, and hand-shaken margaritas with a legacy rooted in hospitality. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
