Job Summary
Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism while managing reservations and walk-ins using a reservation platform. Communicate wait times clearly and accurately, then coordinate efficient and thoughtful seating to maximize service flow. Support the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth guest experience in this fast-paced, casual-chic seafood restaurant setting.
