Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct party. Help fellow Team Members and contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while standing for long periods. No experience is necessary. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.
