Job Summary
Host at Crossover Health responsible for exceptional member service during check-in, handling member interactions with hospitality, providing knowledge of self-insured employer health benefits, and facilitating a seamless clinic experience. Responsibilities include assisting with check-in processes, understanding benefit eligibility, processing transactions, responding to member inquiries via calls/email, scheduling, and collaboration with providers and staff to deliver patient-centered care. Must have strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, organize, and manage conflicts; BLS certification preferred; familiarity with Apple products and standard office software is a plus. Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Base pay range: $22.51–$29.00 per hour; comprehensive benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in customer service position
