Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them. Help fellow Team Members and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while standing for long periods and lifting trays. No experience is necessary.
