Welcome every Guest with a warm greeting and manage the wait list efficiently. Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate and answer telephone calls within three rings while directing them. Help fellow Team Members as needed and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, including standing for long periods and safely lifting trays. No experience is necessary.
